Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and INTERNOLD NETWORKS ("we") for using our IT certification exam preparation platform. By creating an account or buying a course you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy.

The service

We provide lessons, labs, practice questions, flashcards and spaced review to help you prepare for IT certification exams. Some content is free; the full course is opened by a purchase. The courses are independent preparation material. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any certification vendor. Exam names are the property of their owners and are used only to say what a course prepares you for.

Your account

  • You must be 16 or older and give accurate details.
  • Your account is personal. Do not share your sign-in or give anyone else access to paid content.
  • You are responsible for what happens under your account; tell us if you think it was misused.

Buying a course

  • A purchase is a one-time payment that opens the full course for the number of days shown before you pay. Access ends on the date shown on the course page. Checkout shows the price, the number of days and the end date before you pay.
  • Payment is taken by our payment provider on its own page. The price and currency are shown before you pay. Taxes, if any apply, are shown at checkout.
  • You can renew in the last 30 days of your access or after it ends. A renewal in the last 30 days adds its days to the end of your current access.
  • Purchases do not renew automatically.
  • Your access period does not get shorter when a certification vendor retires an exam version. We do not promise that a later version of a course is included in what you bought.

Refunds

If you are not satisfied, ask for a refund within 7 days of your payment and we will refund it in full, no reasons needed. Write to support@internold.com from your account email. When a payment is refunded, access to that course ends, including any days from earlier payments. This does not limit any right to cancel or withdraw that the law gives you where you live.

What you may and may not do

You get a personal, non-transferable right to use the content for your own study. You may not:

  • copy, resell, publish or share the lessons, questions, labs or files;
  • scrape the site or use automated tools to collect content;
  • try to get around access limits or break the security of the service;
  • use the service to cheat in a real exam or to break the law.

We may suspend or end an account that breaks these rules. If we end a paid account without such a reason, we will refund the unused part of your purchase, worked out by the days of access you have left.

Content and exams

We write our own material and check it against official vendor documentation, but exams and technology change. We cannot promise that the content is free of errors, or that you will pass an exam. Always check the vendor's current exam objectives. Each course page names the exam and version it prepares you for, and the last date that exam can be taken, if the vendor has announced one. Our practice questions are original; they are not real exam questions.

Your feedback and notes

Your notes are private to you. If you send us feedback, you allow us to use it to improve the courses without owing you anything.

Our liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing here limits rights you have under the law that cannot be limited.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will post a notice on the site before it applies. Using the service after that means you accept the change; a change never shortens access you have already paid for. If a change harms you in a way that matters and you do not accept it, write to us within 30 days of the notice and we will refund the unused part of what you paid.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws that apply to our business and to your use of the service. Nothing in them removes consumer protections that the law of your country gives you.
